2. Description of Services

RapidCore provides cloud hosting and deployment services, including but not limited to static site hosting, serverless functions, edge computing, and related developer tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing
• Host or transmit illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Engage in cryptocurrency mining without authorization
• Send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Payment Terms

Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

6. Service Level Agreement

For paid plans, we guarantee 99.99% uptime as measured on a monthly basis. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our separate SLA documentation.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you deploy on our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and display your content as necessary to provide the services. RapidCore and its logos are trademarks of RapidCore Inc.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapidCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RapidCore and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
